Antria's Academy (www.AntriasAcademy.com) is a small, family-friendly site where parents and caregivers can watch our videos and create custom children's songs. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details. When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, a name. That's it — no passwords for other services, no phone numbers.
- Your songs. The song details you enter (child's name, occasion, style, lyrics) and the finished audio are saved to your account so you can find them in My Songs anytime.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We only keep a record of what was purchased and whether it was paid.
How we use it
- To create your songs and keep them available in your account.
- To process your purchases and unlock what you paid for.
- To reply when you email us.
We do not sell your information, we do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for, and we do not run advertising or tracking networks on this site.
Song creation and AI
When you create a custom song, the lyrics and style you choose are sent to our AI music provider to generate the audio. If you create album art, your song's title and the art style and scene you pick are sent to our AI image provider. Only this song and art content is shared — never your email address or payment details.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember a song you were in the middle of creating. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Children
Antria's Academy is made for families, but accounts and purchases are for parents and caregivers. This site is parent-directed: we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Please have a grown-up create the account and the songs.
Keeping your information safe
Your account is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor.
Your songs and publishing
You keep the right to use your song personally forever. Antria's Academy handles the release and administers it on the stores; you can request removal from streaming platforms at any time by emailing hello@antriasacademy.com.
Your choices
- You can delete individual songs from My Songs at any time.
- To delete your account and all its data, email us at hello@antriasacademy.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
